Shofiul Safi
Founder of KEBIZZA
Founder have Over 10 years of experience in the restaurant and kitchen industry across Denmark and Portugal.
With a strong background in Danish, European, and Indian cuisine, he has worked in professional kitchens as a Kitchen Assistant and Assistant Chef, developing expertise in food preparation, kitchen operations, team leadership, and customer service.
He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Web Development, combining culinary experience with modern business and digital skills.
At the heart of his work is a simple belief:
Food should be made with love, served with care, and supported by strong teamwork.
That belief is what inspired the creation of KEBIZZA.


Since 2012, he has worked in a variety of kitchen roles including Kitchen Assistant and Assistant Chef, building strong experience in:

Throughout his career, he has worked in professional kitchen environments in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Lisbon, Portugal, where he developed both technical kitchen skills and a strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and leadership.

Founder’s Story
KEBIZZA was founded from real-life kitchen experience and a long journey of hard work.
Before starting KEBIZZA, Shofiul Alam spent years working in restaurants, learning every part of kitchen life — from preparing ingredients and cooking meals to serving guests, leading teams, organizing food delivery, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety.
This journey helped him understand what truly matters in the food business:

His dream was to build something of his own — a brand that reflects not only his professional skills, but also his personal values.
